Our suite of services is designed to meet your individual staging
needs. Whether your home needs just a little fluffing or a
more elaborate home staging, we will design a program that
meets your budget & expectations.
Consultation & Top 10 Priorities Report
All of our services start with an initial consultation. We
will use this time to understand your needs & expectations.
We will perform a home walk-thru that includes taking
pictures, diagrams, and measurements allowing us to develop
a staging action plan. A Top 10 Action report & proposal for
further staging services will be provided within 24 hours of
our consultation.
Consultation & DIY Action Report
Following our initial consultation, we will provide a
comprehensive action plan that includes photographs of
trouble spots, Owner To Do list, and 2D floor plans
reflecting ideal furniture arrangements.
Tweak ‘n
Fluff
This service is for those homes that just need a little
extra attention and expertise. Two staging consultants will
spend 4-8 hours* making subtle transformations to the home
based on the detailed Action Plan developed during the
initial consultation.
Stage To Amaze
This service is perfect for a new listing or to prepare for
an Open House/Caravan. This is the best opportunity to make
an amazing first impression to prospective homebuyers! Two
staging consultants will spend up to two full days* prior to
the big weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s
dream. The consultants will be using the detailed Action
Plan developed during the initial consultation to make the
transformations. To capture those all-important first
lookers, every home should utilize our Stage To Amaze
service BEFORE being listed!
Vacant Home Staging
Only 10% of Home Buyers can actually visualize the potential
of a vacant home and the purpose of empty spaces!
Following the initial consultation, our staging consultants
will meet with the furniture rental company to select each
piece of furniture that best suits the home and the owner’s
budget. We will then choose the accessories from the Stage
To Amaze inventory that will give each room a WOW factor! On
moving day, the consultants will be there to meet the rental
company and direct the furniture placement. Once the
furniture is arranged, the consultants stage the home with
accents and accessories. When the house is sold and in
escrow, we will then meet with the furniture rental movers
and spend a day de-staging the home. We highly
recommend keeping the home staged through the buyer’s
inspection.
Redesign Home Staging and Move-In Service
This service is designed for the client who wishes to
re-create their present living space using furniture and
accessory pieces that they already own. We will assist you
in furniture placement, artwork arrangement, organizational
issues and decorating ideas including new paint color, new
flooring, etc. We are happy to introduce new furniture and
accessory pieces for you to purchase if desired.
Model Home Staging
Builders find that a fully furnished and staged model is
crucial in selling their properties. Our experience in
staging model homes enables us to provide the builder with a
complete turnkey service. We are aware of current trends
and what appeals to today’s discriminating buyers. Staging a
model makes rooms look larger and more inviting.

We'll work with you to create a budget and shop for
accessories and furnishings that serve as investments in the

Estate Closings and Downsizing
Personal assistance can be provided for sorting, packing,
storage, trash removal, donations, and staging the property
to sell.
